Experts since 1996

Masterwrap has 2 Barberan wrapping lines, one of which has the capability to wrap up to an 18" wide web. We do 360 degree wraps for Shaker Door Rails and other profiles. All profiles are customer and per the customer request.

Lamination materials include wood veneer, paper, and vinyl all per the customer's choice.

We have an experienced work force that produces quality laminated components and always strive to exceed customer standards.

Face Frame Assembly

We have been producing Face Frames since 2001. Each station has the capability to assemble 250-300 frames per hour.

Rails and stiles are moulded and wrapped in house from domestic and imported Finger Jointed wood products, and ACX grade plywood. All frame joints are secured with pocket screws.

Wrap Material Slittling

Masterwrap's slitting capabilities allow us to better serve our customers and work more efficiently.

Our Barberan Slitter can slit a roll of paper or vinyl up to 61 inches in width. We work mostly with 45-80 gram / ( 7-8mil ) wrap materials.

Moulding

All profiles are machined through a Weing CNC PowerMat 700 or a CNC PowerMat 1500. Both machines are key to Masterwrap’s capability to control the tight tolerances required to meet our customers requirements. HSK spindles allow for easier and safe tool changes.

Our tool room builds and maintains all of our tooling, as well as creating the profile programs that are sent to the moulders
for each job produced.

Panel Saw

Every order that requires MDF or Plywood begins at the panel saw. Ease of use and programing allows for precision cuts and high volume production output.

Pocket Boring and Screw Insertion

With our KOCH Feed Through machine we are able to cut a pocket route, drill a screw hole and insert the screw all on one machine making the frame assembly process more efficient. Production averages to 500 pieces per hour.

Our Castle Screw Inserters are able to insert screws on parts wider than 1-1/2"
